X. Final Stages
You will be finishing the process of turning your transcript into an oral history narrative. Your final draft will include the following:

Title: Read through your oral history. See if there’s a line, word or phrase that really sticks out, really seems important, or is a beautiful phrase that has some meaning. Then decide if you think these words could make a good title for your oral history. Don’t be boring, here! Write down a few options below:

Name, Place of Origin: If your interviewee wants to be anonymous, write Anonymous and then Girl, Boy, Woman, Man, etc. If the person is cool with you using his/her name, write that. Then write the city and country or state from which that person originated. If you just want the country or state, that’s fine.

Write description: From the answers you wrote, pick the most interesting items and turn the answers into one or two sentences describing the person.
