how you can help

Our books would not be possible without the tireless dedication of volunteer artists, interviewers, transcribers, translators, photographers, and designers.

We're always looking for people who are willing to donate their time and skills to the project. If you are interested in helping Voice of Witness, send an email to:

letters@voiceofwitness.com

Give us a brief description of how you can assist us, and how much time you can give. We're currently looking for people to help us in the following areas:

Translation: A good number of our interviews are conducted in languages other than English. If you are fluent in another language—especially Spanish, Arabic, Chinese, or Tagalog—and would be able to serve as a translator, let us know.

Transcription: We are always in need of skilled typists to provide accurate transcripts of our interviews. This is not easy work, and it requires a great amount of patience. If you have experience with transcription, we can greatly use your help.
